PLURIEL IS THE UNIVERSITY PLATFORM FOR RESEARCH ON ISLAM IN EUROPE AND LEBANON, INITIATED BY THE FEDERATION OF EUROPEAN CATHOLIC UNIVERSITIES AND NOW ATTACHED TO THE FIUC.

Presentation

PLURIEL is the University Platform for Research on Islam in Europe and Lebanon, initiated by the Federation of European Catholic Universities and now attached to the FIUC. It aims to promote links between researchers working on Islam and on the Islamic-Christian dialogue in relation to Eastern Christians, and to encourage interaction between academics and social actors, particularly at the level of companies. The objective is to decompartmentalise the fields of research on Islam and to develop methodological tools to avoid blocking situations.
